Our shop sits on Oak Rim Court in Los Gatos, about five miles southwest of Downtown Campbell. Most mornings we're pulling into the area in around 13 minutes. Rush hour adds a few minutes, but it's never a bad drive.
Here's the typical route our crew takes to reach you:
- Head northeast on Los Gatos Boulevard from our office near Oak Rim Court.
- Merge onto CA-17 North toward Santa Cruz Avenue, then take the Hamilton Avenue exit.
- Follow Hamilton Avenue east until it crosses into Campbell, passing Hacienda Park on the left.
- Turn right onto Campbell Avenue and head straight into the Downtown Campbell district.
From Campbell Avenue we can reach side streets like First Street, Civic Center Drive, or Railway Avenue in under a minute.
That stretch of Hamilton into Campbell is one we drive almost every week. We know the light timing at Winchester Boulevard, the left turn pocket at Railway gets backed up around 5 p.m., and how to avoid the E. Campbell Avenue bottleneck near the Pruneyard on Friday afternoons.
And if your place is on one of the streets just off the main drag, like Gilman Avenue or Union Avenue, we don't need GPS. We've carried equipment into second-floor apartments above the shops on Campbell Avenue more times than we can count. Those older mixed-use buildings along the downtown corridor have narrow stairways, so we bring compact hose setups that fit without scraping walls.
But reaching you fast isn't just about the route. It's about knowing where to park. Downtown Campbell has metered spots along Campbell Avenue and a public lot behind the restaurants near the Ainsley House. For apartment complexes closer to Civic Center Drive, we usually pull into visitor parking and run hoses from the van. We've learned which property managers want us to check in at the front office first, which ones leave the gate code on the work order.
So if you're in one of those rental units near the light rail station on East Campbell Avenue, we can get our steam cleaning gear inside without blocking the shared lot. Same goes for the single-family homes tucked behind Orchard City Drive. Those driveways are short, our van fits fine.
The whole Downtown Campbell area sits in a tight grid, which makes our job easier. We can do a carpet steam cleaning on First Street in the morning, then cross over to a pet stain and odor removal job near the Campbell Community Center before lunch. That kind of back-to-back scheduling keeps our day tight and gets you a faster booking window.
If you'd rather come to us for area rug drop-off, it's a quick reverse of that same route. Head south on Campbell Avenue, pick up Hamilton, hop on 17 South, and you're at our door in Los Gatos in about 15 minutes. But most folks in Downtown Campbell prefer we come to them, and we're happy to.
We're familiar with this part of town. Not just the roads, the buildings themselves.
